Daylan is our GTM Recruiter at Swift Ventures. Daylan is a Swiss Army knife for our companies, helping founders hire their most strategic early hires in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Daylan grew up in Southern California and was a scholar-athlete who graduated from the University of Redlands, earning a BS in Business Administration. He cut his teeth in software sales for multiple technology startups, selling enterprise software and building teams. He began recruiting for early-stage startups in 2017 and hasn't looked back.

In his free time, Daylan loves the outdoors, cooking, snowboarding, and, of course, playing rec pickleball. He lives in Denver with his wife and their pup Mando.
