And then Jeremy Wacksman: you know, on the AI question, I mean, I think I talked about it in my prepared remarks...it's highly regulated, deeply local, it's organized around millions of independent licensed professionals, and then the consumer experience it's not a one-visit transaction. It's high dollar, high stakes, takes place over months or sometimes years. And the average buyer buys once every fourteen years at this point. So, you know, you're turning to a professional team and you're turning to a vertically integrated experience to really help you with that, that's something that where we think AI is actually an ingredient to us building this vertical.
